Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the RiseCraft Digital website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

RiseCraft Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimisation (SEO), website design and development, social media marketing, performance advertising, content creation, online reputation management and brand identity design. Specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Provide timely approvals, feedback and access to necessary accounts
• Ensure you own or have rights to all content you provide to us
• Pay agreed fees on time as per the payment schedule
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the services

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, processes, tools and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of RiseCraft Digital. Content, data and materials you provide remain your property. On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to your ownership, except for any third-party or pre-existing elements.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. No Guarantees

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions and competition. While we commit to best-practice execution and transparent reporting, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates or revenue outcomes.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your Service Agreement. Generally, monthly retainers are due on the 1st of each month and project fees follow the milestone schedule in your proposal. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after any minimum commitment period. On termination, all outstanding fees become due. We will provide a handover of all work completed and access to accounts managed on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseCraft Digital's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
